Now I've chosen my frames — how do I get them?

All of our frames are sold as 'Frames Only' and whilst this means they will be packaged with the upmost of care, they are provided without a case (unless mentioned in the description) but come with a Queen of Specs micro fibre glasses pouch. Our standard postage does not include a tracking option, however if required we can track your item at an additional postage cost.

Not the right look? No problem!

We totally understand.... glasses can look different online than they do on you. We want you to be happy and confident with your purchase and therefore we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. 

Bespoke products and spectacle lenses are exempt from returns. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and securely wrapped. Return shipping fee & any additional import taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer and we recommend getting tracking as we cannot be responsible for a lost return.
